Free Shipping Offers

We offer Free Shipping on orders from time to time. It's pretty simple: if we currently offer free shipping, we'll ship your order at no charge. 

Shipping Methods

We'll ship out your products using the fastest and most reliable method possible. If you have a preference, please leave a note in the Comments section while checking out. Most people will receive their shipments within 3-5 business days, but due to transit issues out of our control, we can't guarantee package arrival dates.


*Note: If you place your order after 12PM PST, that day will not count and your order will ship from our location the following day (example: Order is placed with 2nd Day Air on Tuesday at 1PM PST, it will ship Wednesday and you will are guaranteed to receive it Friday). Please also keep in mind that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays

Expedited Orders Due to transportation regulations, some of our products cannot be sent via expedited mail. If you've opted for expedited mail on a restricted item, we will contact you with alternative shipping methods. This is very important to us and we will make no exceptions to this rule.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

We will send you an e-mail with your tracking number (as is it an automated email, please check your spam folder). Please allow up to 24 hours for the shipment to show progress. If you do not receive your shipment or it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will assist in any way we can to either locate the shipment or issue a replacement.


International Shipments

If you are an international customer, please contact us at info@southcoastshaving.com.  We will customize your order and find the least expensive shipping option.  We strive to make every customer happy and that includes our friends outside of the United States.
