Just received my Captain's Choice Classic Shaving Lather Bowl - Gunmetal and it was delivered and cared for by a business that understands customers. Item was very securely packaged from cardboard shaving to white wrapping foam sheet. Item box itself was 99% new. One of the corners were pushed in a little, but no way a dealbreaker, not the companies fault. Delivery was faster than expected. Honestly was worried about it being delivered while I was on vacation.
As a 'bonus' I received a few samples of CC shave soap and aftershave.
This wasn't a big order nor a costly one, but the way they handled the item and exceeded my expectations, they now will have a many time over return customer. From what I have received and can tell, this is a TOP NOTCH business and employees who want to ensure the customer has a positive experience.
Well done South Coast Shaving, well done!
